This one-of-a-kind vessel is hand-turned from Cedar Elm and features a tall, gently rounded form crowned by a dramatic live edge. The retained bark follows the tree's original contour, creating an irregular, flared opening that provides a strong natural contrast to the smooth body. Subtle grain variation and small natural inclusions remain visible throughout the piece, preserving the character of the original wood.
Finished with Waterlox to enhance the warm tones and natural grain of the cedar elm while providing a durable protective surface. This piece includes a Certificate of Authenticity from Alleshouse Family Studio.
