his one-of-a-kind bowl is handcrafted from pecan burl, featuring exceptional natural figure throughout the piece. Spalting, dark inclusions, contrasting color, and highly irregular grain create visual interest from every angle, while the rounded form allows the character of the burl to remain the focal point. A decorative foot lifts the bowl slightly and gives the substantial form a more refined profile.
Finished with food-safe Waterlox, the finish enhances the pecan's rich color and dramatic figure while providing a durable surface. This piece includes a Certificate of Authenticity from Alleshouse Family Studio.
